Meal @ Safra (again)

This time round is dinning with Hq at about 5.20pm and finish it before 6pm. We were just too hungry then. Too bad you have to leave early.. or else we can go shopping! Haha

Chocolate~

I had my chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream for snack and Diy hot cocoa yesterday. So chocolaty. =D

FINALLY choose one blogskin out of the few which I selected previously. Though this the happen-to-see-this-and-looks-quite-ok-to-me at the last minute. Will try to change asap. Wahaha.

I realised that white glitter nail polish does suit my finger/hand after shopping with Zj yesterday. Wahaha. Shall look out for that colour in the future. XD

DIY Cocoa Milk

equals to Cocoa powder added into fresh milk (bought from super market). It's way nicer than the chocolate milk sold in the market 'cause is NOT sweet. =d

Gotton to eat pizza and bought my present yesterday. =DDDDDDDDDDD I know it's still early but it is later than last year. Wahaha. :x At least I managed to find one pair which is more "usable" though I am STILL thinking about the other pair (since Mar - stiletto) =.= and am aiming to buy it next round. Wahaha. Shoe addicts. ._. Actually my mother don't allow me to buy anymore since I've quite a few pairs but she cant reject me this time. Hehe. This is jo's way.

Tomorrow is Monday and I'm having my sunday blues as usual. Haiz.

New Theory

I've got a new theory: Fridge is not air tight. Cos I still can smell durian now!! Wahaha.

This is how it started on Saturday..

I reached home from the mall and did the usual things which is placing the food bought back in the kitchen. Suddenly my nose detected the durian's smell and I started searching for the source. Then I saw the durian. =D

Actually the durian is not bought but brought back by my father. He drove pass dunnoe where and saw a ripe durian fall from the tree.. Hee. My fate with this durian.

Will continue next time, i gotta go. Tata~

Unwritten Events

I am back to update after so long. 67th post only. =.=

I had afew photos taking session with Hq & cw (refer to fb) and FINALLY change my profile picture of fb after a few years, not forgetting my msn display picture too. Hee.

So many events and yet I don't really have anything I'd like to write here. *sell fish* Some would be kept in my mind (experiencing), my brain (just occurance w/o emotions) and heart (feelings). Chim. Haha. Cause only those who are not experiencing and feeling the same things as me would more likely not getting the feel of what I'm saying. Eg: sensor, ghost, pigS. Only you know I know others don't know. Always never fail to make me laugh. And I almost laughed in library yesterday. =.=

Special "thanks" to these people who make our life interesting. ._.

Lastly, get well soon to my friend whom was sick for 2 weeks but only visited the doctor 2 days ago. =.=

June~

Omg, it's June!! I can't believe it's really June. Uh oh. I did want to update but erm.. ended up watching the show or playing mj. Haha.

I can't really recalled what interesting things happened though I know that there were some. *Looks at the date of the last entry* Hmm..

Oh ya. I went to the book fair @ Suntec last saturday and managed to buy a book.

Guess what.. It's a book which contains no illustrations, no words and no prints. It's just blank pages. Hee. Anyone wants to make a guess? Hahahaha.

Uh Oh

I logged in to my blogger, create a new post and suddenly stunned for awhile. I have not idea what I'm gonna write and just login to this page. Must have been yl's post of having reached the 100th post that motivated me to post one more entry without having any clues what I going to post.

Arghhh. The weather is so hot!! Good thing about working is I get to stay inside the office and enjoy the air con without feeling the heat from the sun.

Lastly, happy mothers's Day to all mothers! And Mother's Day reminds me of something. Lol.

2 days course

I was on course (again) this week on 27 & 28 April. That class was more of interacting with colleagues from other companies (Shipyard, can't remember the other one but all are under Keppel) than learning new things. The course was something about Time & Stress Management.

Anyway, this is what briefly happenings for this week..

Monday - stayed.
Tuesday & Wednesday - on course
Thursday - Fortunately for me, there weren't too many vendorslooking for me, just afew emails. But I was struggling to pass the hours in office while being in my holiday mood.
Friday - Cant wait for weekends to arrive. I was so relieved when my colleague one word, "filing?". The reaction I gave was, "Yay, filing! Time will now pass quicker" And that's was why I like friday. There was another thing about yesterday. The air con in that filing room was still not fixed. So my colleagues carried 2 fans up to the filing room and we managed to stay conscious till we knocked off. Haha.

Shall continue next time. I better continue watching my show now..

Distractions

First of all.. @ yl: 64th post only leh!!

She was saying about posting 100 on her blog already and wondering about mine. Mine is only 64th lah.

One day, when I was hanging out at the library alone, I saw Sophie Kinsella's latest book, 20s girl. o.o I'm always so lucky to come across her new book (similar to her Shopacholics & Baby book) some of Cecelia Ahern's and Beth Harbison. Thumbs up for 20s girl. It was made me smiled and almost laughed and smiled and almost laughed out.

The whole world is preparing for exams and so I will have to wait until May the earliest before my friends will starting dating me out.

Anways, I am into drawings and colourings rather than the previous stitching. Stitching is out! :x I don't mean to have such 3 mins stamina but I can't help it. *shrugs* Just gotten distracted by other things. The only thing I can do now is to extent the time period of my target.

Another thing is the Inkheart Series book. I let down on you. Kinsella's 20s girl and other books are distracting me. Heeeheeee.

Course on 15 Apr 2010

Actually I did attempted to publish a few posts but deleted them 'cause they were outdated when I was going to post it.

I believe I wouldn't delete this entry away. Hehe. I have to thank my a-ma for nagging and motivating me to create and post this entry.

Went for a course with my 2 other colleagues on thursday 15 Apr @ Pan Pacific. The course was nominated by boss for us to attend. It was quite a day as the course lasted for about 8 hours, 9am till 6pm. Brunch, buffet lunch and snack were provided also. The food was quite okay except no chocolate ice cream and cod fish is quite salty and sashimi is super salthy. Oops. Haha.
2 more days of another course coming on 27 & 28 Apr.

Weekends just pass quickly. Tomorrow is Monday. :( My monday blues is coming..

Happy 5th Anniversary!

Heyhey. I'm blogging again. This entry is to mark the 5th year of our friendship and also knowing each other since 2005 Mar. It should be Feb but just assume it as March since we can't really remember.

So, we met on 21 March, Sunday at Vivo and considering this as a way of celebrating our 5 anniversary. We went eating, shopping for the whole afternoon. Not forgetting to take some photos, reminiscing the xiang-dang-nian and laughted all over again. For desserts, we had bobo cha cha.. but now I'm craving for black sesame & almond paste!!

To hq: I think that I remembered more than you. Haha. You better don't copy and paste this post hor. Jo's copyright. :x

Still Reminiscing..

While waiting for the show to load, let me create a quick entry and also to slient u-know-I-know-who. (Refer to tag) Both of us has been counting down to March 2010 since.. eh I can't really remember when. For those who facebook-ing should have come across certain things and have a rough idea but I wouldn't be revealing until a later date, which is after 21 March.

I still can't stop reminiscing the past ever since last month (previous entry) and I actually influence someone who have now gotten as excited as me (refer to hq's entry). I too missed the days I have lived about 5 years ago. Those days were way too fun and memorable.

During those days, lots of interesting things happed and we laughed till our sides hurt. Just enjoyed the life back then and did admitted that it was one of our happiest moments in our life. How I wished I could go back to the past and experience it once more! Maybe some things might changed. But what matters more will be the presence and the future. Who knows, miracle might happen.

Though, compared to the past, we are now at a different age and place, some things don't really change - that's friendship. ;)

I've been doing alot of reminiscing in this month of Feb. Reminiscing the past only makes me misses even more. I shall be writing in more details when the time comes.. Seems like i am being mysterious about this, but it's actually not a very big deal.

Anyways, there are 2 + 2 occasions and like 4 festives this month. No wonder my mother is forwarding sms non-stop. Haha.

About 3 hours aways from the month of March. A-hahaha.

White Old Tiger~

I ended up watching chun wan twice, first time online and the other at my relative's house. For those who actually watched should know what my title is refering to. Tiger year with the appearance of white old tiger.

Half of Feb flies pass in a blink of eyes. During these two 2 weeks, esp from 3 Feb till 16 Feb, is quite happening. It made me think back to 5 years back. All the memories came flooding and they are becoming more vividly, linking and making more sense and logical. (Suo you de mi de dou jie kai le!) Just miss those times and i am hoping some more-likely-to-happen miracle would appear. ^^

Anways, I lose some money while playing black jack at my aunt's house and "escaped" to playing monopoly with my cousin before I was overshot my budget. Wahaha.

I wish I could have a week off like my friend and colleague. Haiz. This is what I look like on the first day of work on wednesday -> (+.+). I really was like that with half sleeping brain throughout the whole day. And as for today, I managed to be be at least 75% awake with thanks to month end closing "pressure"(rushing to process the invoices).

I will still have to work this coming saturday!! Arghh.

Okay, I gotta stop here. Happy new year to all~

Tiger Year's Eve's Eve

Happy Tiger Year to all!! I'm already in cny (holiday) mood whole of this morning. ^^ At least I've managed to tidy up my desk. It is messy in a neat way now meaning lots of invoices on the desk but neatly stacked together.

2 more days to tiger year. TIGER! *roars* HAHA. Hopefully they would upload the show online. I wanna watch~

Went out to the dont-know-how-to-spell-the-name hotel for buffet dinner with my colleague and had a really great time eating from 6++ till 10 pm.

Long long ago

long ago~ Those are the only 2 words which I know for that particular song. Lol.

Happy Birthday to you!! Though I know that my friend wont not get to read this. Wahaha. I have just realised that I have not been using my phone to sms in chinese for a longggg time. Am so not used to it. And time really flies.. Remember the time~ ^^

Anyways, I finally have the time to return my books. Yes! I am going over today straight after work. Wohoo. Also, I only have today (sort of) to return and borrow books as I was busy for the past few weeks.

You get to see this entry being created because I didn't bring Inkheart (thick & heavy but I am so engrossed in it. The book is much more better than the movie itself) and already had brought 6 books for returning = nothing much to do.

There was no new year resolution for me but here is my Chinese New Year Resolution which is pretty short-term.

1. Watch Year 2010 Chun Wan Hui @ Shanghai (Beijing) - it's tiger year which reminds me of something and that this something is shown in the show.

2. Watch Xian Jian Qi Xia Zhuan 3 - Have been wanting to watch this ever since last year.

3. Eat Ljs (later) and Kfc (i wonder when)

4. And muach chee (eaten on 5 Feb)

5. And not forgetting ciabatta. (6th Feb)

6. Will have more as time goes. Haha.

"Long Holiday"

I am still in holiday 'cause I have 2.5 more days to my weekends. So happy.

Here I'll share some hilarious things to you.

Distraction on 25 Jan 10:
I went to open my mail box and obtained a KFC leaflet. Thereafter, I stared and analyse the leaflet till I reached my doorstep.

While I was at my doorstop, then I realised that my next door neighbour behind me. Conclusion: My neighbour was in the same lift as me all the while I was busy staring and analysing the leaflet before I noticed his existance.

At home, I watch tv & continuing with the analysing of kfc.

My mother: What's that so interesting to look at? Only showing pictures can you can look at it for so long. Don't eat now. It's too heaty and also cny is coming soon.
Me: Anaylse the price and the pictures loh.

Then....
*points at one of the item* I want to eat this next time. *looks at her* Hor!

Yesterday was when I learnt that it is not a bad thing to stay after all.

Sudden news from other dept that we (finance) can also go for the the buffet for other department as there are quite alot of food.

At the function room:

I took some to eat though I just finished my bread.
Colleague: Want da bao? 2 styrofoam box each for u?
She then passed 2 boxes to each.

Me: Continued to take dessert to eat after da bao-ing (2 boxes). Then told my colleague that the dessert was very nice.
My colleague: I help you get one more box, can da bao this also.

...

That was how I ended up bring 3 packets of food home. ._.

After I reached home, I passed the packets to her and said, "The first packet is mine! (referring to the dessert) And the bee hoo also.

Haha. If I didn't stayed back yesterday then I wouldnt get to bring 3 packets of food home loh. And one of my favourite dessert - white coconut thai squarish kueh.

My mother's comment: ni you kou fu.

Mentally in holiday week

I am not gonna repeat this sentence: It's been a long time since I last updated. The first sentence would be: After for about one month, I suddenly just feel like updating. :x

This week is a busy week (alot of events) though I actually did not really do much work. I am still in monday-and-trying-to-change-to-work-mood-after-"holiday".

This is what happens..

Monday - Work as usual and stayed back.

Tuesday - On leave

Wednesday - On "training" till 4pm. I did stayed back. But the 2 hours are for me to reply those email. Omg. I've gotten 10+ new unread emails just in one day.

Thursday - On "training" (month end closing)

Friday - Still trying to reply all the emails & do accrual and for those FYAs. It just feels like a monday since I have officailly just started work after the 3 days (fake weekend) break and the real weekend is coming. Wahahaha. So interesting.

That explains why I am in holiday mood practically throughout the whole of this week.

Adds on.. It's exactly one month since I last updated here. Haha. Actually wanna blog quite long ago about hq's time table. I shall let her off this once since the entry is LONGGGGGG outdated. Hahaha. It's was so funny then. I helped her to re-organise her time table and then I sort out the data according to the dates and pointed out the long days to her. Then I laughed at her. :x
