Chinese New Year

Coincident

Between tv and Jo. ^^" Both shows which I'm watching now are gonna to be played on TV!!

Next week us gonna be a busy week for me coz is jan closing! Hopefully I get to finish my accurals on time and relax during my cny! My house is filled with LOTS of cny goodies already! Wahahaha.

Dragon dragon~~ Officially 2 dozen soon. Gosh. -_- Haha. And not forgetting to countdown to 29 Jan~ Woohoo~ Aim 100 photos!!

Received an email on friday morning:


Everyone in the company should dress appropriately, applies to all who changes to coveralls in the yard.


· For Males: minimally a short sleeve shirt, long pant and office shoe.
· For Ladies: appropriate blouse or shirt, pant or skirt, dress and office shoe (covered or open toes).
· No tee-shirt, polo tee-shirt, jeans, sports shoes, sneakers and slippers from Monday to Friday.
· When wearing coveralls, to adhere to proper footwear (boots or office shoe).
· Saturday can be more casual.


My first3 reactions:

1. Sian, friday also no causal (no tee & jeans).
2. Wear overall settle all - dont have to decide which clothes to wear
3. Heh. One more reason to buy more clothes!! :x

When I went to other Dept later that day..


one Da Shu there : xiao mei, you fail. Me: You also, you are wearing jeans too.
Then, another colleague there to another colleague: You 100% fail! Tee + Jeans + sport shoes. LOL.


During lunch that day..
My colleague to another colleague: Can suggest uniform!
And my mind: No no. I dont like. *suddenly remember Hi-P* .____.


I shall see if anyone breaks the rules. Haha.

Xmas Week

Friday - KFC/Pizza Lunch (my Co's)
Sat - Xmas Lunch with family
Sun - Father's Co Dinner

Lol. Hopefully CNY wouldn't be like this. I developed phobia for heavy meals since after my trip China, and is not that healthy for body.

Work - Year End closing, dinner to celebrate for the award we obtained for our Dept project, SX'mas lunch.

Weekends

Have been playing the sims, bubble saga, dream world, csi city on facebook these few days. I am so gone case.

2 things just now.. (u appear in my blog liao!)

1. my sims wear the same shirt and skirt as chew PO PO.
2. I printscreen the corpse's face (in horror show) and paste in chew PO PO's msn. Then both of us goes.. o.o LOL

Rest Week

Shall skip the details for my stock take since it had passed for quite some time.

This week is a "rest" week to me coz:

wed, thur - mc (fever)

sat, sun, mon - rest

as you can see, I am still reminiscing about the 7 days I was i China. Unforgetable~

Missng the fruits (winter dates & peach),  tea and the ejoyment there

• Guess that's why I brought back some habits..
• not wearing bracelets anymore
• climb stairs instead of taking the lift (to work) - my shu shu's house is 6th floor -_-
• watching the show their tv was playing (gong) 
• Listening to Hu Ge's songs :x

I learnt quite alot (esp about my father's family) while I was there. Like how they look like, how many siblings, how their place look like..

Gonna go for dinner now. Buai~

Stock Take - 2011

This year is to take for Steel Plate at Tuas South - my first time there. It was a huge open area right beside the shore (right beside the power station, opposite the Jurong Island)

It wassss so sunny for the 2 days esp day 1 afternoon. Erm. I shall go into details the next time round coz is alsmot midnight now..

New Love & Phobias

Love - chinese tea, hakka noodle (chewy), hakka's kueh, meat ball, peach (theirs is big & sweet), dong zhao - winter dates? , you zhi...

"Phobias" - heavy meals, meat (chicken, duck, pork, pig/swan intestines :s)

1 Word to describe my visit to china: unforgettable
Reason: my shu shu & wife have been great in bringing us around for throughout the whole trip and taking care of us.

Few special things which is different from Sg..

At the non-city area of China:

• Driver is seated on the right hand side of the vehicle
• Keep "right" unless overtaking policy
• They can cut lane which in the opposite direction -.-
• They don't have lane "marker"
• so vehicles free style and coming from all direction
• Pedestrain view: Vehicles horning @ us all day long 
• Inside car view = seems like having roller coaster ride
• Ending up: shu shu & wife had to pull us along while crossing the road. ^_^"

Check-ins:

• Reach Shenzhen Airport - to Shu Shu's & slept @ their house for one night
• Settle down and travel to village by car (> 4hrs ++) @_@
• Stayed at mini city outside the village for 2 nights
• Went back to (near) Shenzhen (6 hs) @@_@@
• to HK to "see" tai feng :( and back to Sxz
• Explore Sxz
• Sat was their Huang Jing Zhou = lotssss of people
• Midnight flight to Sg
• 5am reach home ._.

Last entry of Sep 11!

OOS: Out of Singapore - from 24 Sep to 1 Oct = Physically will be at my father's homeland and Shen Zheng. I will be taking lots of photos coz I FINALLY have a camera!!! Heez.

And... Dont miss me wor!!! :P

Now about my work related..

I heard something from my boss which I still think is funny.
Boss: I heard partial delivery before but she said partial unit price? Her analysis is wrong already.
Lol. She create herself one.

And.. I(we) am looking forward to having a new student (better one)...

Oh ya and..  DONT flood my wall wor!! Think I cant fb there.. Haiz.

Mid-Autum Festival

.. means lots of mooncakes. Erm. Just before I touch mid-autum, I wanna say about friday.

Made last minute decision on the spot to take the bus to Jurong West instead of direct to my house and was rewarded with my favourite Parsa Malam! I was so tempted to buy those food but mananged to stop myself and only buy curry puff. ^^

Back to mooncakes. I brought home about 3 boxes - 1 jackfruit snowskin, 2 baked ones. My house is flooded with moooncakes~~ I will have to drink more tea during these few weeks to "eliminate" the sweetness of the mooncakes. There is still chocolate cake (my father's birthday cake) and tau sa piah~ x.x

Mentally bui die. I have been distracted by sims nowdays. That's the reason for the delaying of blogging. Shall blog next week again to atone my tou hao fans~ Cya and good night.

Unknow Info

Memories. They just came back when you come across certain things, places or people. For the past 2 weeks, the thee words, "xiang dang nian" kept flowing into my brain. Not good or bad things, just those day-to-day things of what I did during my primary and seconday life.

I got to know some things from my ex-classmate who found me on facebook. .__. So those are what they remembered about me. Expected. Haha. Don't think that the kids are relatively simple minded when they are young (whether is pri or nursery). Wow. After 10+ years, I then get to know certain things that I don't even think about at that time. Omg. Dont wanna imagine of the kids now. You wont know what they are actually talking about during their talk (esp the boys ). =.=

Sunny sunday

Was planning to delete the previous but.. Forget it. Let the entry serves as a "milestone" to remind me when was the last time I was going through the same emotion again.

Just had a slice of my cheese cake. I'm feeling so full now. Say cheese!! =D

As what you (may) saw on facebook. The one sitting in the middle was the intern student from NTU/NUS (I forget :x) -> spider teacher. He was my student for afew days. Friday was his last day and so we ordered pizza for lunch to celebrate. ^^

And on thurday suprisely, some of my colleagues actually came to me and wish me happy bday. How nice of them. Coz I belong to the self-isolate/anti-social/quiet/low profile side. (though I was already havoc-ing on fb and was in the "news header" on fb) =P Didn't really thought they will came over to me.

One more WOW thing: my boss wish me bday on wed (she was on course the next day) ~> I wonder how does she knows (no fb somemore) *-*

Tired

My eyes are 20% smaller than usual. I rather the alternatives coz it has a much happier process.. sighs

Mentally tired and

sick of it..

Initially gonna write it here but decided not to since I am feeling much better now. Just not worth it.

It is June already but I am just not looking very forward this year. Sigh.

Anyways, tomorrow is gonna be a good day for me as there is table tennis session. ^^ I (we) Was trying to plan one since I forget when. It had been over 1 year since I last played. Tomorrow is the day~ *crack knuckles* heh heh

Okaeri to Xiao bai~

Xiao bai is finally back after being hospitalised for 2 weeks. So, here I am busy transferring photos, from xiao huei to xiao bai. Xiao bai was brainwashed though, sigh.

Hmm. I went to the zoo last saturday with 3 other friends. Had quite a great time looking at those animals wondering about, doing their own things. One of the interesting site would be the one with the giant seals. They made a big splash in the pool halway through their meal and I became one of the luo tang audience. =.= Just uploaded some of the pictures of the animals which I've taken @ the zoo.

Shall continue to shop to enjoy myself during GSS and counting down. Though I am not going to like the 3rd quarter of this year and obvioulsy not looking forward to it unlike someone.

Ps: things are just plain simple, is only the humans who make things complex.
